2021 Holiday Bazaar
Welcome Note to Vendors
We are delighted that you have chosen to be one of the vendors at the Trinity United Church of Christ Annual Holiday Bazaar! Welcome to Trinity! Following is information regarding set-up and other details that may be helpful to you.
All vendors will need to be here at Trinity UCC, 40 West Pine Street and set up by 5 PM on Thursday, November 4. Penny Daugherty will be here during those hours and she will have the layout/setup arrangements. It is our hope that all vendors will donate one item/s of merchandise or a gift certificate that will be used at the Silent Auction. Please give Penny any items you plan to share at the Silent Auction table on Thursday when you arrive for set up. Donation letters for tax purposes will be available if you request one.
All vendors are asked to arrive on Friday morning, November 5th by 8 AM. A complimentary continental breakfast table will be available to you between 7:30 and 8:30 AM. This is provided for all vendors and any “helpers” who are with you at your display table.
You are welcome to bring any display items – however we request that nothing be adhered to the walls. All children need to have adult supervision. Please contact Penny Daugherty with any questions or concerns.
